  The color of the stone was not true to the picture once I saw it in person. I reached out to the seller and was met with compassion. He sent pictures of other opals in the colors he thought I was looking for. He promised to send new pictures when his new shipment comes in. He did not request a return commenting that the price of the return would be more than the stone was worth.
