  I could not ask for better service from Anja. From start to finish she was so communicative and helpful, I had complete trust that she cared about me and my experience as a customer.   Anja is an amazing beautiful soul and she is kind, professional and an excellent communicator. Fast to respond and willing to go the extra mile. So grateful to have have this positive experience. She answered any questions almost instantly, I needed my parcel quickly and she made sure it was delivered without hesitation, which was so kind. The bag is lovely and has been kept well even though new it is sometime since it was released and so is in excellent condition and I am pleased with it.
