  Sadly I got a different product than what I ordered, but they gave half my money back and I kept the wrong product sent, which was aloe vera lip balm, there actually class, as the change colour on your lips too a pink shade, so I was happy to keep them 🥰 company was easy to communicate with and did everything to resolve the issue, so can't complain ☺️

  This seller is horrible. The item arrived broken from lack of packaging and then when messaged, I was ignored. This was supposed to be a gift for my kids birthday but instead I am out more money bc seller ignored me and the item is just trash. I had to figure out simmering else so I lost this money and more to replace the gift. I've used ebay for 20 years and never seen a more careless packaging or seller.

  So… this item was packaged badly for a glass item. It turns up broken, I contacted the seller, they offered to replace the item. Which never arrived. So I asked if they had sent a replacement, no response. So I opened an eBay enquiry. Then they responded saying if I close the case they would send a replacement. And over two weeks on still nothing and now the case is closed i can’t go back to re-open the enquiry ! I just can’t win this is why they are getting a negative response from me.
