    Der Artikel war wie beschrieben und wurde trotz dem Versagen von DHL schnellstmöglich zugestellt. Das erste Paket ging in den unergründlichen Weiten von DHL verloren. Auf meine Nachfrage wurde sofort ein Ersatzartikel versandt. Dieser kam auch unversehrt und schnell an. Nach mehreren Wochen wurde dann das erste Paket doch noch zugestellt. Dafür erhielt ich eine dann Rücksendemarke des Verkäufers. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell und freundlich.

    I ordered this vacuum June 21, and as of July 1, have received nothing! I contacted the seller and explained that I wanted a delivery date, I explained that I didn’t get information soon I would request a refund! Today, July 1, with no comment from the seller, I received a refund! While grateful for the refund, this is the worst seller I have ever experienced! I cannot recommend this seller and I will avoid using them in the future! I would have liked getting the item I purchased! - Stars!

    Very happy with having no problem with return. I open the box and all the parts were thrown all over the box. I looked inside the plastic container and there was a clump of pet hair. It said it was refurbished. They should have packaged better and cleaned it better. But I had no problem at all with sending it back. The return was made very easy for me.
