  Despite the order not arriving in the timescale advised, once I chased it up it arrived within a few days with communication from the seller to confirm it had been sent on the same day I called.

  The descriptions didn’t match, I’d read the wrong one for men’s shoes so disappointed these shoes weren’t leather

  Unfortunately, despite the listing, the shoes were not available and I was offered a very different alternative, Luckily they did fit but I had already got an identical pair, so it was with some reluctance that I agreed to accept the substitutes, Not really happy.

  Shoes arrived in time, however they were different to the picture which was disappointing. I contacted seller regarding postage discrepancy - stated free via the service I selected but charged £3 (I see this has been changed on similar items) but seller failed to reply. The photograph showed the shoes with 'waterproof' on the side of the heel, however the shoes are water repellent. I am keeping the shoes as they fit however will think twice before I buy from this seller again.
