    Absolutely wonderful transaction on all counts. Fantastic item, well priced. Seller had lovely communication, packed the item incredibly well and shipped immediately (very fair pricing on shipping as well).     Seller had excellent communications and shipped the harp promptly. Harp was well packaged, except for the base of the harp, which was cracked on the front edge. The base should have been protected with at least two substantial layers of bubble wrap, only had foam at the corners. The only reason I mention the packaging is for seller's information, as eBay would not let me contact the seller. That appears to be a feature of the new eBay messaging system. Excellent experience with the seller.

    Exactly as described! Extra cautious packaging was much appreciated. Incredibly fast shipping. Amazing deal on such beautiful items! They were in great condition.     The plates are more beautiful in person than I could ever imagine!! The seller packaged them so very well not any damage at all happened during shipping. I will definitely use the seller again if I find something on her site that I can use. Also, very quickly delivered to me several days before the delivery due date.
