  First attempt to ship, I only received an empty/ripped open envelope, UK Royal Mail bag on it. They sent and email copy and a new copy. I'm not sure if the original was a real book or a copy of it, pictured was the real book. Either way I got the information I needed. They did their best in a bad situation.

  I was a little hesitant to buy from overseas, figuring the shipping would take forever. However, they sent it out fast and I received it within a week. The manual was well packed and arrived in perfect condition. I won't hesitate to buy from them again! Great experience all around.
