  I purchased 4 batteries that all arrived in boxes in like new condition. I had an issue with 1 of the batteries not being compatible with the specific model and they were very responsive and helpful in replacing the battery quickly and provided tracking information. I even had another issue they had offered to help with but fortunately was able to figure it out. Great service and quality for the value. Thanks guys!

  Battery arrived quickly, well wrapped in antistatic bag. Plugged into Hp laptop and it alredy had charge in it. Brand new. No issues. Has all the markings the original battery has, and looks authentic. Upon purchase, seller assured me everything would be all right, but to let them know if any issues arise. Very reassuring.
