  I was initially hesitant to order such a heavy piece of office equipment online. I had a lot of questions which created a lot of back-and-forth dialogue with the seller. They provided multiple pictures & excellent communication throughout the process. The item was expertly packaged & arrived on time I am very satisfied with my purchase & would buy from these folks again since they helped me reach a comfort level on the condition of the unit I was purchasing.   Fantastic seller! Good communication throughout shipping process. Once the item shipped delivery was fast and frictionless. Item exactly as described, a little surface wear but it's holding up great. I got a stellar deal on this steelcase chair, too.   Fast shipping, excellent service. Item was well packaged, unfortunately the carrier (FedEx ) damaged the item. Seller refunded money after trying to ship a replacement item that was also damaged by FedEx. Unfortunate situation, amazing seller!

  Excellent service. The chair arrived as described, clean and overall packaged with care. Despite this, part of the chair was still unfortunately damaged in shipping, the seller was quick to reply and offered a replacement at no extra cost. Overall outstanding service and communication, would do business with again!
