  Arrived today and was only 3day delivery instead of 2 days which is excellent considering the time of year this was the second time I’ve ordered this item as I was so pleased with the first one as always good value for money and was as described would recommend this seller

  As described. Good communication. Prompt delivery. Packaging was rather squashed on arrival. Item needs packaging in regular cardboard box with bubblewrap or polystyrene pieces surrounding the item.

  sorry you feel that way we but them in a bag we buy the boxes to fit the flowers in. there's not a lot more i can do. if the box would have come to my house like yours did i would have refused it. and not took it off the driver
