  I had a positive experience and received the watch strap sooner than expected. It took about a week, which I assumed would be longer since it shipped to the USA from China. One thing to note is that the strap came with a strap pin pusher tool. The product description was unclear if the tool was included, so I expected to buy it separately. However, to my delight, the tool was included. It is necessary to replace the strap.
