  Excellent service, as with a previous order! The laptop I ordered was no longer available, so Andy offered me a three-way choice for a similar standard (or better). Very happy with the replacement (Dell Latitude), which was exactly as described, well-packaged, and promptly delivered. I can heartily recommend this seller!

  Excellent goods and service! The PC's arrived in a well padded box with no chance of damage. I had a small issue with one PC that was almost certainly my fault but I received swift and excellent advice that sorted the problem. From my point of view, it's the customer service that makes the difference. Highly recommended.
