  The product came just as they had described. They did not leave out any details about product defects. I absolutely appreciate their transparency. The price was fantastic and they were very responsive about questions and possible price negotiations. I would buy from them any day of the week and recommend them to others. I have been using it daily for 3 weeks now with no issues. Thanks for a great laptop! I am enjoying it very much.

  I contacted the seller with a few questions and received a reply within 24 hours, they were very transparent with the product and gave all info possible. The laptop was received just as the pictures online and it was double bubble wrapped for shipping. The laptop was well priced though I would say it was a bargain compared to other similar laptops I had researched. I would recommend this team to my mother.

  This seller was amazing. They answered my questions (and I had a few) within hours. The replies were clear and detailed. After I purchased the laptop, it was shipped the next business day. It was well packaged and arrived safely. The product was exactly as described. I feel the price was more than fair. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

  The product was just as described and the shipping was very timely. I had asked a couple of questions with no response but decided to give it a chance anyway. He did give me a token discount on the price and I got a good unit so the overall eBay experience was positive. I would do another deal with them.

  I entered my wrong address and the seller replied to my message within 5 minutes and got the issue resolved. Package was in perfect condition and as described. Would buy from again.

  Item came as described. Packaged in nice bubble wrap with an additional piece covering a corner that was thin after the initial wrapping. No surprises and the item (laptop computer) has performed as expected. The laptop came in a plain cardboard box with "handle with care FRAGILE thank you" stickers. I noticed the package did not have lithium battery warning labels I assume to avoid the cost of hazardous material shipping.
