  Item wasn't what I was expecting. When I messaged the seller to clarify, and get more information in case there had been a misunderstanding, I got an angry, snippy response. Not necessary. The item was acceptable and arrived within an acceptable window.

  In today's world any response that doesn't give the customer exactly what they want is considered rude and angry. Customer doesn't state that they were willing to consider keeping if I "helped" them out. Hint hint, give us a partial refund. I told them the item was exactly as stated from the manufacturer and they were free to pay for the return shipping and they would be sent a refund. Their response was no need for a snippy response, your seller rating will see our impact. Ouch that hurt!
