  The product is good quality, but unfortunately the packing and delivery was terrible (evri courier). The package was opened. The courier guy was rang the bell and throw the package infront of the door, he didn't wait for us for the safe delivery. I wad really worried about the product packing because it was opened.

  HI, as it is just a bag it does not need any protection and to avoid the over use of any plastic or boxes we simply ship the item in the protective plastic HP provided with the bag. if the item is damaged we will of course replace it
