    I ordered two cowl plugs. One with preheater opening and one without. Ray called me to verify, and at my request cancelled the order the one without preheater opening and sent one with preheater opening that can be covered. He also verified what kind of cowling I have by looking at a picture of my aircraft. The order shipped very quickly and arrived Ina couple of days, and fits nicely. Very satisfied and I highly recommend them.
