  There was an issue preventing communication regarding the condition of the product purchased. However, after another attempt for feedback, the seller immediately relayed that they were unaware of the condition that the product had been thru (defective) and provided 100% customer satisfaction by issuing a full refund. I would buy from this seller again after experiencing an issue where the right thing was done!

  The seller shipped the package in a very timely manner and provided tracking. No fault of theirs but my package took weeks to arrive. Thanks USPS. These slippers are fabulous and look to be new, not previously worn so even better than described. I own a pair of these slippers but they fell apart after many washings so I’m thrilled to find these. Great seller. Thank you
