  Wrong book was shipped. When I notified them of the error, they apologized and issued an immediate full refund and I didn't have to return the book they had sent. This is customer service at its best!

  She is even more beautiful than the pictures! Shipping was on time! However, when I received my package the box was really bent up, there was also a good size hole in the side of the box. Don't know if that happened during Shipping. But the doll was still in good shape!

  Quick shipping. Excellent product. Ink refills were exactly as pictured. Thanks for a smooth experience. Beware the post office though. No matter how diligent & exceptional the seller is, the USPS finds a way to mis-deliver & lose pkgs. But I tracked it down. 👍🏽👍🏽 up to the seller! Will definitely buy from again.
