  Wrong book was shipped. When I notified them of the error, they apologized and issued an immediate full refund and I didn't have to return the book they had sent. This is customer service at its best!

  She is even more beautiful than the pictures! Shipping was on time! However, when I received my package the box was really bent up, there was also a good size hole in the side of the box. Don't know if that happened during Shipping. But the doll was still in good shape!

No matter how diligent & exceptional the seller is, the USPS finds a way to mis-deliver & lose pkgs. But I tracked it down. 👍🏽👍🏽 up to the seller! Will definitely buy from again.
