  Great Customer Service! Unfortunately, the box came open during transit and 2 cartridges were missing. I contacted them and sent some info (to prove I wasn't 'trying it on' - which is totally understandable) and the missing ones were replaced really quickly. Will be very happy to buy from them again.

  Received yesterday 17th Dec. I have had ink cartridges from this seller before and have always worked a treat with no problems at all. My XP355 always recognizes these cartridges.   First time using this company, ink cartridges arrived ontime, well packaged and exactly as described. On fitting the ink cartridges to the printer I experienced no problems and they worked straight away, print quality is good. Would recommend this company and use again in the future.
