  Absolutely fantastic customer service. Great communication. The product is perfect. My son loves it. Even a quick call to make sure I had received the bike in time for my son’s birthday. I couldn’t thank you enough for going the extra mile. I’ll be back again to purchase again.

  Exactly as described, and what I was looking for, I believe this to be a better quality material than the rest I’ve found. If it wasn’t for the courier it would’ve been delivered when promised too! Recommend seller! 👌👌👌👍👍👍

  Don’t waste your time with this seller, if there’s a problem with your item… You literally wait days for a response, if you actually get one you’ll be lucky if it’s more than 5 words. Wanted to return the item as it didn’t fit correctly. Seller sent me a royal mail return label. After taking it to multiple royal mail depots I was told the item was too large and i’d need a Parcelforce label. Messaged the seller multiple times explaining this, no label sent and now ignoring all messages. 🤡

  Well thats not entirely the full story. You purchased 2 items worth over £300 and wanted to return it. We provided a UPS label for the larger item that we recieved back and refunded you. We also provided a Parcelforce label for the other item. Infact we shouldnt need to cover the labels because you just happened to "change your mind". However we still did. Labels cost us £15 each, we cant just book labels at customers request just because you had a issue at the post office.

  Not only it has been 3 days and still haven’t been shipped, when contacting them regarding the delay. Their respond was they can take as long as eBay allows them to ship it inside the window. Clearly don’t care for customer and do not have the capability to provide good customer service. Continue arguing instead of resolving the issue.

  All ETA/ETD times are stated to buyers before they Buy It Now. These were indicated to you but you still wanted us to send it out immediately. We have 100s of orders to send out and we can push the que. Hence why our handling time is in black and white. On the other hand if you cant read then thats something we cant control Full refund given and order cancelled
