I contacted the seller and they attempted to send me a mailing label that didn't work on their end. I packaged up the item and sent it back to them. They refunded me the purchase price and the cost of postage i paid for. with the exception of a defective cable, it was a pleasant experience. seller was engaged in the return process.

Waited six days beyond delivery date. Messaged seller to see if they knew what was going on. Answered me back quickly that USPS must have lost or misplaced my item. They gave me a refund without hassle or even being asked. So I bought local this time. I will buy from them again. Things happen and the mail service in general sucks now days. Not the sellers fault. Thanks for taking care of me.

Item was shipped on the same day as ordered, however delivery was delayed for unknown reason by USPS. Seller was contacted twice during the delay and responded quickly both times explaining that the item was shipped on the date ordered, which was verified by ebay. I was pleased with the eventual outcome when order arrived by mail.

Should be more detailed in description..State if one pair ..They do not last long...They do not make contact or lose contact ability very quickly.. so you need several dozen..
