I pointed out to the seller that the ad said a power cord was included and it was not. This seller responded and the cord arrived in a few days. Probably solved. The products are always professionally packed and always arrive safely with no delays. Highly recommended.

However, the item did not arrive with a power adapter, despite the mention of it in the listing. But the seller was very communicative, and sent the missing parts as soon as I alerted them. I purchased a MacBook Pro and neglected to read in the description that the trackpad and keyboard did not work. When I reached out to the seller, they informed me that the exact issues I experienced were in the description. I checked and they were. Other than the lame fact of selling a product that is not usable without specific accessories, they shipped it super quickly and it was well packed. They also fully refunded me.
