  BE AWARE. Scam. The advertisement states a rare product, 125ml pink (as it’s the old formula, for £10) but sending the new one, which is sold for £2.5- £4 max. Sent is 100ml Blue. The new formula is horrible to my baby’s hair not like the old one. Product came in a very poor packaging leaked everywhere with the bottles practically empty. Went through hell to return the items and the seller still didn’t refund me, I contacted EBay to get my refund. Seller was dismissive & a poor communicator.

  Promptly paid for the Cream with £4.50 Royal Mail 48hrs delivery. 3 to 4 days after payment, no of dispatch!! Contacted the seller with NO respond 3 times. Asked the seller to cancel the order when it wasn't dispatched, he declined!!. Then he marked the item as dispatched with no courier tracking number. Contacted the seller again with NO replies. Waited 2 weeks and no delivery. Had to contact eBay to refund me. This seller should not be allowed to sell on Ebay.

  Ich hatte einen guten Kontakt mit dem Verkäufer . Die Ware war als zugestellt deklariert - tatsächlich aber habe ich sie nicht erhalten. Der Verkäufer hat mir dann ohne jegliche Probleme das Geld zurück erstattet. Ein sehr zu lebendes Verhalten. Daher Daumen hoch und gerne wieder.

  I love these crackers. The box arrived battered and bruised and the crackers were broken up. They would need to be wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent this. Received May 7.
