  This item is as described. It's used, but in very nice condition. It works fine and was packed very well and shipped when the seller said it would ship. UPS almost shipped it all the way back, but fortunately they re-read the label and got it where it was supposed to be and on the date they said it would be here. I'd gladly purchase from Adorama again if they leave me a nice feedback, too.

  Lens was exactly as described and well-packed. Shipping was slow and was UPS ground, so I didn't receive the item for a week.

  A+ job, by this seller. UPS however, did a horrible job. The box arrived terribly smashed. I thought "Oh no, my lens is probably destroyed". The seller had layered it in bubble wrap and put inside a plastic bag, and surrounded it with other packing material. The lens cap was damaged, but the lens seems to work well, and is in good shape, thanks to the excellent packaging. I am very pleased, and appreciate the great deal. Thanks !!!

  Lens arrived as described, undamaged. But I wish they had packed it in the shipping box a bit better. It arrived with a half attempt of the large air bubble plastic. At least 1/3 of the bubbles were popped and the lens was able to flop around very easily. Most other companies have switched to crumpled paper of some type. It would have been nice to see that paper or lots more of the air bubbles. The lens was undamaged but it could have been much worse. It was a great deal otherwise.

  Item was shipped promptly but, it arrived damaged. Seller authorized return within 24 hours of my request and refunded purchase price immediately upon receipt of returned item. Although the purchase didn't work out for me, I was happy with the customer service received and would not hesitate to purchase another item from this seller in the future.
