  The seller shipped the item very quickly and it arrived on schedule. The item was packaged very securely and was in very good condition when it arrived here. It was as described in the listing. It was a very good deal for the price. But I can't say the same about UPS. They delivered the package to another house and it took me several hours to find it.

  Item was as described and shipped lightning fast. I've had a set of body packs and a stick mic transmitter for years so now I can support two mics simultaneously at a really good price. My only complaint is the packaging. The item was wrapped well in bubble wrap but then tossed into a box with no filler at all so the item was able to rattle around inside the box which arrived crushed in disturbing ways. The item was okay but I really expect more from a top-tier name like Adorama!

I trust these guys now to the point of buying from them without a single worry. Definitely recommended! Very high quality in service and in communication. Communication is superb and really the only thing more I could add is how kind they are compared to many others I’ve talked with. Product arrived in even better condition than described.

  The item purchased arrived in conditions not as advertised, but the seller actively worked to find a solution by partially refunding the amount spent, which will allow me to cover a repair cost and also the inconvenience caused. Despite the discomfort, the experience is positive, I recommend this seller.
