  Package received the next day, well packed the box was original but torn as shown in the picture, though it’s well tapped and well packed. I have not yet opened the pack, but expect it to be as described and I believe it’s good value for money. I would buy from this seller again if I find any item that I need, and he is selling it.

  After receiving this vacuum sooner than expected, and well packaged, we were disappointed that it was in a uncleaned condition and after switching on, there was no suction. After checking to be sure I had assembled it correctly, I found that the hose was completely blocked with rubbish dust and fluff. Contrary to the item description which states that items are fully checked to ensure functionality. The seller apologized immediately, and offered a partial refund which I gratefully accepted.

  Excellent service, the item arrived really quickly so from that point of view, it was all good. Product arrived with issues but seller was superb in addressing them immediately, you can't ask more than that. The item was excellent value for money and fairly well packaged. Would definitely use the seller again.

  Fire Arrived minus vital part which the seller was unaware of After being unable to get a part locally either at this end or the sellers end we reached an agreement i got a part refund and is up to me to sort a part out with the manufactures which i will do tomorrowit so it will be good value once compleated seller was very reasonable
