  I had an issue with not receiving my differential on time but it turned out it got lost in transit. I contacted the supplier and they were quick in sending out another differential. They then contacted me at let me know it with be here next week! Thanks for taking care of your customers!

  Somewhat concerned that delivered unit was not the image in the ad but the seller worked hard to ensure that all was ok even discarding a potential unit that looked damaged for another. All was well in the end. Just need to level set expectations. Seller's communication really alleviated concerns. Great job on that front.

  Came very dirty with a broken piece. Tried to say it broke in the transfer but I quickly corrected saying it wasn’t. We own a performance shop. Anyways. They made it right by offering so refund. Wed order again if needed. Part works. Thanks!

  Item arrived damaged with inadequate packing material. The box they used was covered in BIRD DROPPINGS on the INSIDE of the box!!! Once I requested a refund, they asked me to closed the return so they can issue a refund. Thankfully I knew that if I did that I would have never seen my money back. Scammy
