  The package came as described and in good condition with no damage to the item or the box. Overall, great appearance. The item did have an accessory missing. However, the seller responded quickly to my message and offered to find the missing item and if not, offer a partial refund. They kept their word and overall it was a great value and quality service!

  Item arrived in perfect condition from US to UK and was securely packaged to prevent damage in transit also arrived in good time. Arrived brand new as described and the value was spot on considering it would have cost me almost double to buy this item in the UK!   It arrived before the estimated delivery date and it was wrapped perfectly in bubble wrap, the book was a bit dented on one corner of the cover but you can barely see it (and it probably came from the store like that) so for me, it is in perfect condition basically. Definitely recommend this seller!

  Product shipped quickly. It was a bit difficult to extract from the packaging, but it was at absolutely no risk of being damaged in typical shipping practices, and was most definitely new as described. I did notice there was a picture already present in the device storage (I assume from the seller), but this was comforting to me. It was a human touch, and that's meaningful. It was a truly great deal for this product, and I would absolutely recommend ADHA DEALS.
