  Item as described. Shipped relatively quickly, unfortunately, item was broken during transit, which I feel was caused by tight packaging. Seller quick to respond when alerted to item arriving in damaged condition and refunded total amount including shipping. While disappointed that item was broken, I am pleased that seller made the outcome better, quickly.

  Item exactly as described. Packed very well. Shipped fast. I noticed that I overpaid on shipping and wish the seller had refunded me (as I always do as a seller) but I won't hold that against them. Overall, very pleased with the transaction!

  I am sorry I didn't notice the difference in shipping, but I have just issued a refund for the $ 1.15 overpayment. You paid $ 6.36 and the actual shipping was $ 5.91. Thank you for the kind feedback, glad you enjoyed the bunny!

  Arrived on time & well packaged. Corner of rectangular frame glass has lost a significant amount of glass. It was immediately obvious that something was wrong with one corner of the photo cover glass and since it was securely packaged & there were no glass shards in the packaging, I believe it was damaged before being wrapped & shipped. Also those big ugly silver plate labels detract from the cute little frames. Luckily they are easy to remove. Sadly cannot give a positive review.
