  Good communication, item as specified in description. This is a product we would not use on a regular basis so it offered good value for money. Arrived in good condition but the packaging could have been more robust as box was split on arrival but the item had been very well wrapped inside so was un marked. The quality looks good but has not been used yet.

  Listing clearly stated to be supplied with wooden box but supplier sent the item in cardboard box and when queried they could not supply with wooden box Listing needs correction asap. Supplier then issued partial refund which was acceptable to me.

  Item arrived on time. Was packed well but shipper had ripped the shipping bag open and 4 items were missing. Contacted seller and they shipped the replacement parts EXPRESS. Thank you AC Tool's.
