  The item arrived and exactly as described. Packaged well. Great price. Shipping however was not the great. Arrived days later than expected. Nothing to do with the seller. USPS is repeatedly proving to not be the best shipping medium. Seller did not respond to my question about the compatibility of the item with my opener, but I gambled that my research was right and purchased anyway.

  The circuit board for my garage door opener arrived in only a few short days of ordering. The part was well packaged and inserted into an anti-static bag. The part is exactly as described and in excellent condition. I would recommend buying from this seller should the need arise in the future.

Described as "used", the item could not be distinguished from new. Programming took less than 15 seconds total.   I was concerned about a soldering on the original board I received and contacted the customer service department by email. I sent pictures of the soldered area with the email. They immediately responded by sending a replacement board along with a shipping label to return the first board. I would have no problem buying additional items from this company.
