    Seller shipped the wrong package, bad communicator and untruthful. Sent the wrong item back to seller who was unappreciative. Took way too long to send the item that I purchased. I would never buy from this seller again.

    Yes ,we shipped you the wrong item and shipped your item to someone else . but we also did everything we possibly could to resolve the issue and to make sure you and the other customer got the correct item . and we communicated with you daily over this situation UNTRUTHFUL ? what exactly did we do or say that was UNTRUTHFUL ? Mad over a small part that in the end you recieved and in good order , it still even arrived withen Ebays claim dispute time frame .
