It’s just a used OEM parts taken off of a similar car and although it was not going to work for me the seller was very easy and quick to provide me a refund and a shipping label will certainly purchase parts from them in the future. Installed mirror on yesterday and so far so good, I didn’t even have to calibrate the camera as it was already calibrated somehow! Saved me a few bucks as I didn’t have to take it to Honda!! They have been NO HELP! The tracking number led me to a UPS site. I changed the delivery address for a cost of approximately $50 extra charge to me! I sent several messages to the seller contact (Luke) he has been useless in answering my questions. I Just got info today Sept 6, from UPS that the package is finally on it's way. Bad customer service from the seller!
