  I ordered a 125cc 4-stroke manual engine. It came damaged. It had oil spilled all over it (I’m assuming during delivery) but I contacted the seller and told them and sent them picture and they offered me a couple thing they could do but I wanted a full refund and after texting and explaining more, they gave me a FULL refund and let me keep the motor. Customer service was great. The quality and appearance was good and the price was good for what the motor does. 10/10.

  The item description was wrong on this item, the decription mention that all the port was 7/8-14 but the a,b port are smaller.... but the seller provide a full refund when I explaim him that I cant use the product. Good communication, i recommend this Seller 😜😜

  This seller is completely dishonest. I purchased a carb for $134.58 its been a week now and they have yet to send the carb. They also changed the price to $264.58 since I purchased it. When asked why it has not shipped they made up some story about quality control and said they cancelled my order but have still not sent me any refund. They are clearly scammers. Do even bother dealing with them they clearly never intended to send me anything. 8 days and still nothing.

  Service, price, communication, and shipping could not have been better. Can’t believe the completeness of my new bumper with all the inserts and braces. The insurance company can’t go up with no claim from me. Can’t thank you enough. 20 years of eBay dealing by me. AAAAA

  Great experience. They reply very quickly. Unfortunately they did send me the wrong colour of what I ordered. The item was in perfect condition and if I wasn’t picky for the colour, I’d use it. But they worked with me to figure out how to fix this issue, and was promptly refunded.
