  Ordered 3 days ago and delivered ahead of projected estimate, well posted updates, suitably packaged and excellent price. The scanner was put into use on arrival and everything works as it should, car fault diagnosed on my BMW Alpina & fault cleared. Excellent service, communication, delivery, quality and price.   Unfortunately I haven’t had a good experience. I purchased the case on the 26th May and was posted the following day the 27th on a tracked 48 hour delivery. The item arrived today the 3rd well over the expected due date. I messaged the seller for an update and didn’t receive a response. I then raised a case with ebay thinking the item was lost. The package had been marked with insufficient postage which I’m assuming caused the issue. I would have been happy to have had this update earlier.
