  I received the wrong Item I messaged the seller, they responded quick and was apologetic about the error, after notifying the seller they sent another package asap and eventually I received the correct item, Thank you so much!

  Had real issues with this seller, Firstly my order was marked as delivered I waited 2 weeks until it actually came. Box was open, damaged and items missing and wrong tea sent,seller blamed courier took no responsibility,said the would send replacements which initially the did not, multiple messages and time wasting I got eBay to step in, 1 month after my original order, I finally received everything. Definitely won't be buying from this seller ever again

  Thank you for your feedback. As you’re aware, your original parcel was marked as delivered by the courier. You claimed you had missing items, we trusted your word, and sent out replacements at our own cost, even though we weren’t obligated to do so.We always aim to act in good faith which we did throughout this process, despite the delays caused by external factors, and we're glad everything eventually reached you without Ebay's involvement and we are sad that our efforts weren't recognised..

  This seller is very helpful, unfortunately I had a severely delayed delivery due to weather, and then a damaged box due to the courier. The seller was fast to respond and resolve. The item has finally got here in the end and looks to be all here and looks great. Thank you

  Great, and rapid responses from A in customer services. Item had sold out BUT was offered a complimentary upgrade. Delighted with the purchase… arrived well packed and the product exceeded expectations. Would certainly purchase from this company again.
