  ADB office took time to help me determine the best product, upgrading me to a better, more current product with more features at the same price, very generous of them. Communication was good, they responded to in a timely manner, and their staff always there to address questions. The seller is an authorized reseller to refurbish/ sell. The printer was shipped meticulously well, looked and appeared as new, and worked perfectly. Very Positive experience all around, thank you!

  Outstanding customer service. Had a shipping issue but was quickly resolved. Customer Service representative provided continue follow-up by both phone and text until it was resolved. Customer Service followed up after merchandise arrive to assure all was OK. Highly recommend this vendor.

  There was a problem with this unit that could not be fixed. Company first offered a generous substitution, but it didn't meet our needs. They immediately refunded our payment. Communication was very good. We are satisfied with this solution and would do business with them again in the future.

  Hub's fine, I'm sure. Haven't used it yet. But OH MY GOD THE SPAM. I've gotten a Message from them begging for five-star feedback EVERY DAY for the past EIGHT DAYS. Take a hint, guy! Going to call eBay and complain, put a stop to this nonsense. Hopefully.
