There was never a release for 13 Reasons Why on Blu Ray on top of that the seller threw the discs inside the case and claimed that is how they are packaged. He refunded me $12 to get a new case and then tried pretending that the $12 was for them being bootlegged. He informed eBay he has provided me a shipping label but has not provided anything. If you are shopping for Bootlegged and bad packaging this is the spot for you.
