    Customers did communicate with the seller and I asked about combining shipping. I never received a response from the seller. I purchased two pictures for a grand total of $38.68 and never received anything by mail. I was refunded $19.00 dollars after opening a EBAY claim. So I am the one left holding the bag.

    Buyer never contacted me before, hno No There are no messages on file from this buyer. He wants a refund and leaves negative feedback immediately after Ebay's estimated delivery date. That's an estimate, not considering any delays by the US Postal Services and US Customs because it's an international shipment. Not to mention postal delays in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area for which eBay has issued delay warnings. Items could still be delivered. Nevertheless the requested refund was duly paid.
