  Cute dress but definitely is not an XL, I would describe it as a Large at best and maybe a medium knowing how this color block dresses are meant to be worn. Overall the seller was good, other than item description being slightly off. They were quick to ship and the item was packaged nicely. My sister will wind up with this one, or my niece.
