  I did contact the seller, they advised me to contact eBay. Item was not received as described, it was broken. The string of beads was cut and the beads were scattered in the box. Seller was obviously was not interested in helping me. I have attached a photo. Please advise & thank you.

  See below for exact email from buyer: "I am sorry to report that upon receiving & opening the box the necklace was broken. The strings looked like they were flimsy and broken. I will need to return them pleas. I will attach a photo. Thank you."My response to buyer:"I am so sorry about that. Please file a return through Ebay."Buyer: "will do." I received the return request email from ebay,3 days after the email above and I approved it and a label was provided to the buyer from ebay.
