  Ordered armchair from website and sofa from eBay . Armchair arrived first, I asked to change sofa to 3 seater which they did. although it took 3 phone calls and several messages. The 3 seater arrived. I unpacked and realised it was different colour to armchair. ordered light grey in both but one looks a blue colour which they also sell. Did message asking for fabric samples and told they don’t do them. weren’t interested in it being different colour to chair. Now stuck with odd sofas not happy

  Definitely not as comfortable as it looks in the photo. Chair feels like it is padded with sawdust. Contacted seller following payment as item had not been marked as dispatched after a few days and was told item would be delivered by the 24th. I contacted seller again on the 24th, was told to contact delivery company on 27th to arrange delivery myself. Courier dropped item off the van. Item was not securely packaged and a foot fell off. Go to ikea instead. I was expecting more for the price :(

  Love love love 😍 my new sofa! Thank you ...... exactly as described. Stunning Pistachio green. Driver very helpful and accommodating. Speedy delivery. Supportive but not to firm. Easy assembly. Excellent value for money I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this seller.

  Wrong colour delivered, wasn't delivered into living room, had to pay a window fitter to get it in, then found it was grey despite me ordering cream (sand). Seller tried to gaslight me saying the colour was correct. Then offered me a refund if returned. But I have to pay each time to have the window removed, putting me hundreds of pounds out of pocket to get a new sofa. Asked for a tiny compensation just to buy a sofa cover, was denied. Sofa is not very comfortable. Overall, bad experience.

  Sofa arrived late on the day. One of the cushions has a black mark on, Ive messaged twice asking if a replacement could be sent but unfortunately I’m being ignored. Disappointing as the sofa is nice.
