  First I ordered 2 Xbox 360 rechargeable battery packs. Yes the items did appear to be new as they were in original packaging & sealed. Yes I was impressed by the quick shipping- Indiana to Alaska in 3 DAYS, also the items were packaged well for shipping. Upon receipt of the items, I did do a full charge using my OEM Xbox 360 charger. The battery's did take a charge but only provided 5 hours of game play each before going totally flat, perhaps this is normal for these battery packs??

  Has some extra controllers with no power cable and didn't need them 10' long for the local big box stores. These were just what I needed and a way better price. Were new in package and shipped fast with good package. No issues at all and very happy with transaction.
