Item arrived quickly but was damaged in several places. Sent photos to seller, refused refund unless sent back (another $120), ridiculous to spend $250 in shipping for a $150 part that is huge, heavy and bulky. She claims part is broken but we never got pictures of the damage.We can not process any refunds iif we can not see pictures of the damage.This is why we did ask to ship it back for the inspection.
