  I regularly purchase products from this buyer. Always arrive in good time and are good quality and value. Seller always includes the boxes but this time there was only one box with two tubes. Unfortunately one of the tubes was extremely squashed. This is most probably due to the post and not the seller.

  Very disappointed but I'm pleased I got a full refund. I never received my items. It said they were dispatched and would arrive within 48 hours but they didn't. I contacted the seller and didn't get a reply so I had to message ebay. I had to wait until the 20th of June to get a full refund. Thanks to ebay for stepping in. The hair dye was a good price but I will not be purchasing anything else from this seller. I will find it elsewhere.
