  Not the seller's fault but the intermediate shipper (wasn't customs because they label the outside of packages they open) absolutely BUTCHERED the packaging for this one, fortunately they didn't QUITE cut all the way through the bottle, somehow the dispensing tip ended up in 6 pieces though. Aside from that, item as described, arrived mostly intact.

  There was a mistake in shipping but the seller IMMEDIATELY corrected the error and resupplied the parts. They were prompt in their service and communication. The UV lamps arrived safely packed and in quick order. I am very pleased with this transaction. This is one ebay merchant who goes way beyond the norm in customer service. 5 star all the way.

  G6 T5 254 nm 6W Sankyo Denki UV-C bulb was shipped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and cardboard, inside a tough plastic mailer bag via USPS. It was ordered Dec 19 and arrived Dec 24, very fast for the holiday season. Arrived in perfect condition, and works well. A+++++ would buy from again!
