  Very impressed with this seller not only was it a very prompt service with a quality product, the seller was very helpful as I initially unknowingly ordered the wrong part, the seller asked me for vehicle details and sent the correct part, extremely helpful wouldn't think twice about using their services again.

  The seller communicated well, I didn't receive the product but, this was due to me missing a message from them asking for the registration of the vehicle as they wanted to make sure they were sending the right part. A refund was issued since I needed it sooner than later. Would recommend.

  The item was as described and well packaged. I would offer a bit of advice to the seller, try a different delivery company. DHL said they tried the door and the gate (said the gate was locked even though it can't lock). Then left the parcel at the pub without saying anything to me??? The seller great the delivery company, if that is how they do deliveries it's a wonder how they're still going.

  Seller told me I'd ordered the wrong part, made me pay additional money to send the "correct" one. Then sent the wrong part that was also faulty. They are taking no accountability for their mistake, and not replying to any messages when I've tried to speak to them about it. Awful customer service, poor communication from seller, long dispatch/postage times, provided no tracking number until after item had been delivered. Do not buy from them if you want a working correct part!!

  Item and price were fine, however, the item went astray and on contacting the seller all they said was it Was sent via Parcel Force. I then requested they contact parcel Force to locate the item and I have not heard back from them. Fortunately the item arrived today. So do not think customer service is what it could or should be. Plus I paid an extra £10 for postage making the total of £18.99.
