  Product received was not as described. Rather than being made of actual earthen clay it was a metal bottle painted in a clay-like colour with only a small amount of clay lining the inside of the bottle neck. I initiated a return promptly having not used the item and repackaged it carefully in the original packaging. However the seller unfairly deducted half the cost claiming the item was not returned in the same condition. eBay intervened and resolved the matter by issuing a full refund.
