Seller contacted me and confirmed my address was correct then the seller sent it back to the same address that they originally sent it to. I received the item the second time. Seller sent the original envelope proving that it was sent back to them. Thank you for being persistent and making sure I got my item. Excellent seller A+++

Seller shipped out within a day of my order. The worms were alive, healthy, and looked good especially for the amount of time they were in transit. I only had 3 casualties, but I believe that was on me. They were in small part of the bedding that I missed misting. They included 100 extra from the 250 I ordered, so a good value. I recommend this seller.

After letting them rehydrate after the four days as recommended. I'm able to say that the amount of worms I recieved was as the seller had described. And I'm pleasantly pleased with my purchase from this seller. The sellers communication with me was excellent from the very beginning and they arrived earlier than I expected.
